1. Who Can Use QbankLearn

QbankLearn is an educational platform for school students in Sri Lanka. A parent or guardian must create the parent account and is responsible for adding child profiles. Children use the platform through their parent-managed account.

2. Parent Responsibility

By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child profiles you add. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your passcode confidential
• Ensuring your child uses the platform appropriately
• Providing accurate information when registering

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others outside your household
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any purpose other than educational practice
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any content

4. Content Ownership

All questions, study notes, and educational content on QbankLearn are owned by QbankLearn or its content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Disclaimer

QbankLearn is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Content is aligned with the Sri Lanka national curriculum to the best of our ability but is not officially endorsed by the Ministry of Education.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
